Inside the PS3 folder, create another folder named SAVEDATA.

Since the PS3 uses a specific file structure, you cannot simply drag and drop a file onto the hard drive. You will need a USB flash drive formatted to FAT32. Inside the PS3 folder, create another folder named SAVEDATA
Select your USB device, find the J-Stars file, press Triangle, and select Copy. Compatibility and Region Locking Inside the PS3 folder
Plug the USB into your PS3 and navigate to "Saved Data Utility (PS3)."
