Understanding what this hardware supports helps in verifying you have the right software:

If the modem disconnects frequently, it may be underpowered. Use a high-quality USB 3.0 port or a dedicated wall adapter.
Open "This PC" or "My Computer." Double-click the drive associated with the modem (often labeled "Xidol" or "4G Modem") and run the setup.exe or install.exe file to install the dashboard and necessary drivers.
For most users, the "verified" driver is actually embedded within the modem itself.
