Visit the SAP Crystal Reports Downloads page to find the most recent Service Packs (SP).
Ensure all instances of Visual Studio 2019 are closed before starting the installation.
Right-click the downloaded executable and select "Run as Administrator" to ensure it has the necessary permissions to register COM components and assemblies.
Progress through the installer, accepting the license agreements. When prompted on a 64-bit system, ensure you check the box to "install the SAP Crystal Reports 64-bit runtime" .
