: To apply the display language changes, you must sign out and sign back in. Offline and Manual Download Methods

: On the left sidebar, click Language , then select Add a language under the "Preferred languages" section.

: Type "Arabic" in the search box. You will see various regional versions (e.g., Arabic - Egypt, Arabic - Saudi Arabia). Select your preferred version and click Next .

Microsoft no longer provides standalone executable installers for language packs to home and Pro users. Instead, they are delivered as "Local Experience Packs" directly through the OS:

: Navigate to the Time & Language section.

: Ensure the checkbox for Install language pack is selected. If you want Windows to display everything in Arabic, also check Set as my Windows display language .

: Click the Start button and select the gear icon for Settings .
